Do I need to get approval before making changes to the exterior of my home?
​Yes, you need to complete the Application for Home Improvement Or Modification form and submit it to Sterling Association Services. Click here to access the form on the Forms section.

How do I get in touch with the Board?

What schools serve the community?
The community schools are Oaks Elementary, Timberwood Middle School and Atascocita High School. We are part of the Humble Independent School District. Please click here for more information. 

What days are trash pickup in the neighborhood?
Frontier Waste provides trash service in the community. Service days are Monday and Thursday. Please have trash cans to the curb by 7:00am. Bulk waste days are the first collection day, so Monday is that day. For more details, please click here.
